Prominently pictured in the panorama are the world famous Brooklyn Bridge and One World Trade Center, with its crowning spire installed on May 10, 2013, it brought the structure to its final pinnacle height of 1,776 feet. Designated a National Historic Landmark, the Brooklyn Bridge opened in 1883 and is one of the oldest suspension bridges in the United States. Also visible in the distance, in the midground on the far left, is the Statue of Liberty given to the United States as a gift from France.
