This amazing poster takes you to the start of the 1998-99 season, when Boston was one of the Eastern Conference elites squads thanks to its veteran leadership and young stars. At bottom-left, you get the all-time Hall of Fame legendary defenseman Ray Bourque, who debuted in the NHL in 1979 alongside the likes of Jean Ratelle, Rick Middleton, Terry O'Reilly and Wayne Cashman. At top left is 19-year-old Joe Thornton, who began his career alongside Bourque, and continued playing for two decades into the new millennium alongside a generation of players who will still be in the NHL in the 2030s! Amazing action and awesome design, also featuring young sniper Jason Allison, and 1998 sophomore sensation Sergei Samsonov looking great in the cubby-bear third jersey of the era.
